water treatment including reverse osmosis or distillation, bottle
washers, fillers and cappers, case-packers, shrink-wrappers and
blow molding equipment for PET bottles.
Bottled water industry
 The
bottled water segment is the fastest growing area of the beverage
market. Of the 100 million beverage industry, bottled water is
nearly 7.6 billion annually, and forecast to grow over 50% over
the next 5 years. This explosive growth has generated a tremendous
demand. The potential market place throughout the world is unlimited.
Bottled water is required to accommodate the needs and requirements
of an ever-growing population, as the quality of drinking water
is reduced.
Excel Water Technologies Inc. will provide you with all the required
solutions for your water bottling business for small or large
water bottles. Wherever good water purity is required, our systems
will typically output water in the 2 to 10 PPM TDS range. This
assumes an input water TDS under 1000 PPM.
In order to produce a product which meets the required water
quality standards, water treatment systems must integrate various

that can wash a variety of bottles and containers. |

Bottle Washer/Fillers/Cappers
Includes a variety of washer and filler systems for large-bottle
(3-5 gal) operations including the fully automatic series
that washes and fills from 300 to 900 bottles an hour, the
semi-automatic series which process 150 bottles an hour;
and the manually operated washer/filler that handles 60
bottles an hour. |

Small Bottle Filler/Labeler/Capper
A full range small-bottle systems and components
for the start-up to mid-sized operations. These systems
and components are designed to produce small PET bottles
of from 8 oz (237 ml) to 1 gal (3.8 L). |

Equipment
Includes small bottle packaging systems, shrink wrapping
systems and bottle boxing systems package your bottles with
speed and efficiency. |

Blow
Molding Equipment
PET blow molders in three capacity sizes of 1500, 3000 and
4500 bottles an hour. The units can handle bottles up to
50 oz (1.5 L). We also offer a line of smaller blow molders
and are able to process oxo-biodegradable PET preforms. |
