Shipping

Excel Water Technologies intends to process and ship most orders within 48 hours. We do not guarantee this time frame, however every effort is made to respect it. Any product which is temporarily out of stock will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated and shown on your order form at check-out.

Ground shipping charges are included in the price of qualified items, for delivery to the continental USA only. Qualified items are identified on product information pages with a "free shipping" icon.

Regular delivery within North America typically runs 3 to 5 business days.

Customer assumes responsibility for any duties, brokerage charges and taxes which may be levied on imported products. North American shipments are typically duty-free.

Return Policy

For a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, Excel Water Technologies will accept returns of merchandise and consider refunds according to the following conditions:

1) Unused systems with filters in original, unopened packaging - we will refund the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge upon receipt of merchandise.
No returns accepted on international orders.

2) Defective products - we will refund the full purchase price upon receipt and inspection of merchandise.
NOTE 1: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
NOTE 2: Duties related to international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Procedures:

1) Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing us at sales@excelwater.com or by faxing our customer service department.

2) Pack your product well and mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. We cannot accept any returns without the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please be sure system has been drained of water, and wrap in plastic bags before boxing.

3) Detailed instructions and address of our warehouse will be given to you by customer service along with the RMA number.

Warranty

Excel Water Technologies Inc. warrants all new products manufactured and/or marketed by Excel Water Technologies Inc. to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage and service from the date of purchase as follows:
# All components are warranted for three (3) years except for electrical components, and filters.
# Electrical components are warranted for one (1) year.
# Filters are not warranted due to varying conditions.

This warranty Agreement excludes all products or component parts that, in the opinion of Excel Water Technologies Inc. have been subjected to negligent use, misuse, alteration or accident, or that have been repaired with component parts other than those manufactured by and /or obtained from Excel Water Technologies Inc.

Excel Water Technologies Inc. does not warrant any claims made by, or, any component parts supplied by, other manufactures who provide separate claims/warranties for their merchandise. Excel Water Technologies Inc. retains the option of referring the buyer to contact suppliers directly for warranty claims, service, and replacement of defective materials and components parts.

This Warranty Agreement shall not be interpreted to render Excel Water Technologies Inc. liable far any injuries or damages of any kind, direct, consequential, or contingent, to persons or property. This Warranty Agreement does not extend to secondary losses caused by delays, to include loss of prospective profits. Excel Water Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for any recovery greater than the cost of the repair of the defects in workmanship.

Excel Water Technologies Inc. shall not be held responsible by Representative or potential buyers for failure to any of the obligations of this Warranty Agreement if such failures are the result of circumstances of Forces Majeures, such as, but not limited to, floods, earthquakes, transportation strikes, labor disputes with outside suppliers, or any other conditions beyond the control of Excel Water Technologies Inc.

Sellers obligation under this warranty is limited to and shall be fully discharged by repairing or replacing any defective part FOB its works. Excel Water Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for repair or alterations made without Excel Water Technologies Inc. prior written approval; for pumps or filtering, to becoming plugged by suspended matter, precipitates, or biological growth; or for failure when not properly maintained. Excel Water Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for damages or delay caused by defective material, Product return to Excel Water Technologies Inc. for warranty examination must be shipped freight prepaid.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES ESTABLISHED, EXPRESSED, or IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, EXCEPT THOSE SET FORTH ABOVE. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that may vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Purchaser has full responsibility for obtaining any licenses, permits and inspections required to installations and us of the goods herein described.

Excel Water Technologies Inc. reserves the right: to make design and product changes, improve design or change specifications at any time without any contingent obligations to prospective buyers, or owners of products previous sold.

Any disagreements and obligations based upon purchases of Excel Water Technologies Inc. products and thereby imposed on Excel Water Technologies Inc. and purchaser shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of Delaware.

Excel Water Technologies Inc. cannot and will not be held libel for any sickness or illness due to the consumption of drinking water from any water purification system supplied by Excel Water Technologies Inc.

Since we at Excel Water Technologies Inc. do not have any control over the Quality, Cleanliness or Contaminants that are present in the water entering into any of the Excel Water Technologies Inc. Systems, We claim only CLEANER AND SAFER, not CLEAN AND SAFE, Water.
