SpectraPak™5000
Complete Small-Bottle Systems and Components
Our water bottling equipment includes
a full range of small-bottle systems
and components for the start-up to mid-sized
operations. These systems and components
are designed to produce small PET bottles
of from 8 oz (237 ml) to 1 gal (3.8
L).
The two main lines are the SpectraPak™5000
and SpectraPak™3000.
Both are semi-automatic turnkey small
bottle systems with maximum flexibility
for future expansion.
These systems are designed to give
you the option of buying the full line
at one time, or adding components as
your business grows. Either way, SpectraPak
systems will help make your bottling
operation efficient and profitable.
The SpectraPak™5000 consists
of 6 key components. At full capacity
the System can produce about 5000 bottles
per hour) or 83 bottles per minute)

System components, like the BR5000
bottle rinser, also are available
separately. This allows start-up bottling
