Bottles enter the filling areas, where
they are counted by optical sensors.
They are then locked into position by
the pneumatically-operated bottle clamping
mechanism, to ensure that bottles are
positioned correctly under each filling
head. This reduces under- or over-fill.
A series of valves descend into the
bottles for fast, accurate and consistent
filling. Any excess water delivered
to a bottle is diverted from the bottle
and routed to a collection tank.
BF5000 controls are located at an easy
viewing height for quick monitoring.
The LCD digital r3eadout allows for
quick assessment of the operation.
The filled bottles are then released
from the bottle clamping mechanism and
directed to the LC5000 Labeler/Capper/Cap-tightener
for processing.
